Unfinished large corpus christ, made of oak. This corpus christ was found in the workshop of a sculptor who was known for creating religious statues and busts of people in the Netherlands. 19th century. This sculpture has a non-detailed strong expression with the clear lines of a corpus christ, also the wood has a beautiful worn and grey patina.
